摘 要：太阳能具有清洁无害的优点，被广泛的应用于生活中的各个领域，尤其是照明领 域。本文设计了一种太阳能光伏照明系统，是将太阳能和 LED 的充分结合来实现的。文章 首先对太阳能电池的原理特性、LED 的光源原理与特点进行了介绍。然后分析了蓄电池充 电的特点和方法。本文设计的太阳能光伏照明系统中，充电控制器以 UC3906 芯片为的核 心，以实现对 LED 光源的调节以及其他逻辑功能的控制。控制器带有通信接口和市电供电 接口，同时它也带有 MPPT 功能，采用固定电压法对太阳能电池进行最大功率跟踪，以获 取更高的利用率，并通过计算机仿真进行了验证。并采用 XC9103 作为 LED 的恒流驱动， 设计了 LED 驱动电路。文章最后对所做的工作进行了总结，并指出了需要改进的方向。74403

Abstract：Solar energy has the advantages of clean and harmless, is widely used in all areas of life, especially the lighting area。 In this paper, we design a solar pv lighting system, is the full combination of solar and LED。 This paper the principle characteristics of solar cells, LED light source principle and characteristics are introduced。 Then analyzed the characteristics and methods of the battery。 In this paper, solar photovoltaic lighting system design, charging controller UC3906 chip as the core, to implement the regulation of LED light source and control other logic function。 Controller with communication interface and interface of mains power supply, at the same time it also with MPPT function, using the fixed voltage method to maximum power tracking of solar cells, in order to get higher efficiency, and is verified by computer simulation。 And using XC9103 as LED constant current drive, LED drive circuit is designed。
Finally has carried on the summary to the work, and points out the direction of the need to improve。
