摘要制油业在现代工业中的地位举足轻重,其工艺发达程度,直接影响着经济,更左右着全面小康社会前进的步伐。PLC是该行业重要的控制设备,它的程序设计的优劣,与制油业的效益息息相关,因此推出一款高效PLC控制设计迫在眉睫。 76796
然而,就目前而言,我国发展PLC控制的起步较晚,和国外有一定距离,技术水平不高,亟待更大的进步与完善。本文就是立足当代,着眼未来,设计和完善的一种基于PLC的榨油厂控制设计。
本次课程设计主要任务是采用西门子S7-200实现对榨油厂生产系统的控制,并利用组态软件MCGS制作人机对话界面,监控PLC控制系统的运行情况。基于本课程的设计目的和具体要求,首先是对西门子S7-200该款PLC进行简要介绍;其次,确定榨油厂生产系统中的被控对象,对西门子S7-200进行I/O分配并画出具体电路连接图;之后,对组态软件MCGS进行简要介绍;最后,利用组态软件MCGS制作人机对话界面,监控基于PLC控制的生产系统的运行情况。
总之,PLC可编程控制器和组态软件MCGS的结合更加方便了PLC控制器在实际生产中的设计,与简单PLC控制系统相比更形象、生动,并且具有良好的应用价值。

This course’s main task is to use Siemens S7-200 to achieve oil plant production system control ,make a human-machine interface by configuration software MCGS and monitor the operation when PLC control system works。Focused on the design objectives and specific requirements of the course, the first paragraph is a Siemens S7-200 PLC brief introduction; secondly, to determine the oil plant production system controlled object, Siemens S7-200 I / O is assigned and Videos a specific circuit connection diagram;Thereafter, the configuration software MCGS brief introduction; Finally, the configuration software MCGS produced interactive interface, monitor the operation of PLC-based control of production systems。
In short, compared with simple PLC control system,the combination of PLC programmable controller and configuration software MCGS PLC controller is more convenient in the actual production design and more vivid,which has good value。
