摘要空调负荷具有一定热存储能力,可以在较小影响用户舒适的的前提下参与需求侧管 理,缓解电网高峰供电紧张。本文在考虑微气象的影响下对降低空调负荷进行了研究。
文章首先以南京市夏季的气象情况和负荷情况为例,提取了温度敏感负荷并对其进 行日负荷特性分析,初步讨论了气象因素对电力负荷的影响。78756
然后研究包括热岛效应、温湿效应和累积效应的城市微气象。在对温湿效应修正的 基础上建立累积效应的遗传算法修正模型,得到与南京市电力负荷相关性更高的人体实 感温度,为后文研究微气象影响下空调降负荷潜力做铺垫。
最后,在分析了空调运行特性的基础上,将空调类比成储能元件,建立在考虑微气 象时的聚合空调降负荷模型,通过仿真分析了降负荷潜力的影响因素并验证了模型的可 行性,为空调参与电网调度提供了理论依据。

Title Research on Cutting Load Potential of Air-Conditioning Based on Urban Microclimate
Abstract Air-conditioning load has a character of thermal inertia, which makes it possible to participate in demand side management and reduce peak load of power grid without affecting users’comfort。Based on the meteorological factors,this thesis focused on reducing air-conditioning load to relieve supply tension of peak power。 First, taking the weather and electrical load conditions in nanjing’s summer as an example,a method of getting temperature-sensitive load from total load is briefly introduced and then daily load characteristics is analyzed。Also, relation between weather factors and power load is studied。
Then, the dissertation discusses Urban Microclimate including Heat Island Effect、 Temperature and Humidity Effects (THE)、Cumulative Effects。Based on THE,a new model to amend temperature affected by CE is innovatively put forward。 Combining three effects, the summer temperature affected by micro meteorological is concluded 。
Finally, compared to the energy storage component, the air-conditioning cutting load potential model is built according to the operating characteristics。 Through simulation example, this paper analyzed influence factors of the cutting load potential, providing theoretical basis for bringing air-conditioning load into power network dispatching。
