摘要:调节阀又名控制阀,是工业生产过程中一种常用的调节机构,它的作用就是按照调节器发出的控制信号的大小和方向,通过执行机构来改变阀门的开度以实现调节流体流量的功能,从而把生产过程中被调参数控制在工艺所要求的范围内,实现生产过程的自动化。调节阀是自动化控制系统中一个十分重要且不可或缺的组成部分,正确的选择和使用调节阀,直接关系到整个自动控制系统的控制质量,直接影响生产产品的质量。调节阀的流量特性是其非常重要的技术指标。调节阀所反应出来的问题大多集中在调节阀的工作特性和结构参数上,如流通能力、公称通径及流量特性等。现代流程工艺过程的控制系统,要求调节阀不但有符合使用要求的机械性能,更需要具有既确保调节品质又可降低节流能耗的流量特性。现在常说的调节阀的流量调节特性是仅就其固有流量特性而言的,理论与实践表明,现行调节阀的传统流量特性不能统一上述要求。本毕业论文以调节阀的工业使用为背景,阐述特性测试对于工业生产的重要性,然后参考各个文献中特性测试的方法,以组态软件为平台,以泓格系列模块为数据采集模块,最终实现调节阀特性测试系统的开发。20154

The development of control valve characteristics test system
Abstract: Regulating valve, control valve, is a common regulation mechanism of industrial production process, its role is in accordance with the size and the direction control signal regulator issued, through the implementing agencies to change the opening in order to control fluid flow function of the valve, the parameters areadjusted in the production process control requirements in the process,automation of production process. Automatic control valve is an important and indispensable component in the system, and the use of correct selection of regulating valve, is directly related to the automatic control system to control thequality, directly affect the production of quality products. Control valve flow characteristics is the important technology index. Regulating valve which reflects the problems are mostly concentrated on the operating characteristics of valveand the structure parameters, such as flow capacity, nominal diameter and flowcharacteristics. Modern process control system process, requirements regulating valve not only meets the mechanical performance requirements, needs to have not only to ensure the flow characteristics of regulating quality but also reduce the cutting energy consumption. Now often say that the control valve flow characteristics is only the inherent flow characteristics, theory and practice indicate that, the control valve flow characteristics can not be unified the traditional. In this paper, regulating valve industry as the background,expounding the importance of characteristic test for industrial production, method of characteristics of each literature test and reference, with the configuration software as the platform, with the lattice series modules as data acquisition module, realize the development characteristic of regulating valve testing system.
