摘  要：随着现代电子技术的发展，视频监控系统逐渐从模拟化向数字化方向发展。视频监控控制系统是安防领域的重要组成部分，也是其最重要的一个子系统，该系统通过摄像头可以直接观察被监视现场的情况，并对视频信息进行录制保存[[[] 曾宪锋。信息化应用系统建设[J]。青岛出版社,2011。]]。此外，视频监控系统还可以在监视视频丢失时发出警告，使用户的安全系数得到全面提升。视频监控系统软件部分由信息接收模块和视频录制模块组成。视频接收模块实现实时的视频信息采集、处理和反馈的功能；监视录制模块实现对各监控点的实时监控，对监控画面进行切换以及对监控的视频信息进行录制存储的功能。 82217
