摘要近年来,随着风力发电技术的蓬勃发展,风电并网领域得到了前所未有的重视和研究,然而,风电并网也为电网带来了极大的不稳定,由于风力的间歇性和随机性,这将极大程度的影响电网的安全运行,在此基础上重新进行ATC 的计算是十分有必要的。 82679
本文在综述了风电并网ATC 计算的研究进展以及各类计算方法的基础上,采用连续潮流法的ATC 计算模型,分别计算IEEE 30节点系统未加入风电场的ATC 和加入一个风电场的ATC,经过对比得出风电并网对ATC的影响。具体来讲,利用瑞利分布模拟风速,画出风电机组功率特性曲线,考虑风电场输出功率具有时序特性,在计及系统的各种不确定条件下采用序贯蒙特卡洛仿真法对系统状态进行仿真抽样,抽样后的每一个系统状态采用基于PQ 分解法的连续潮流法对ATC 进行计算。仿真实验说明风电并网提高了电力系统的输电能力,但是也会造成电网的不稳定和输电不可靠,同时验证了本文算法的可行性。

Title The Probability Calculations of Available Transfer Capacity in Power System Concerning the Wind Power Integration
Abstract Recently, as the rapid development of wind power integration technology, the field of wind power generation has been attached great attention。 Nevertheless, there is an obvious phenomenon that the stability of power system will dramatically decrease due to wind power。 That is to say, this will extremely effect the safety and efficiency of power system。 So it is urgent to calculate ATC under the circumstance of wind power integration。
In this paper, Rayleigh Distribution is used to simulate the speed of the wind at any moment。 According to the active power function curve of the wind power generators, the fluctuation of wind power has been determined。 In the next, in order to confirm the total status of the whole system, the Sequential Monte Carlo has been used to sample the condition of loads and generator set。 After a series of continuing sampling, under each system condition, ATC is able to be calculated using continuation power flow calculations and p-q analysis。 In the end, the expectation and variance of ATC through the whole year can be listed。
