摘要随着太阳能清洁能源的快速发展,人们对太阳能选择性吸收器的光学性能以及制造技术有了更高的要求。太阳能选择性吸收器是具有吸收太阳光的能力,能有效地吸收低浓度的热辐射的人造材料,能高效的将太阳能转换为电能。太阳能选择性吸收器涂层的光谱反射率是决定太阳能选择性吸收效率的基础技术指标。被称为金属陶瓷的陶瓷金属复合材料被认为具有良好的光学特性以及大规模生产太阳能应用产品的潜力,被广泛应用于选择性吸收涂层的制备。由于地球大气上界的太阳光辐射光谱99%以上在波长0。15~4。0(μm)之间,而其中大部分能量分布在可见光和红外光谱区(波长>0。4μm)。为了尽可能高效的利用太阳能,希望找到一种优化选择性吸收涂层能在波长0。25~2。5(μm)表现出低反射率,而在波长2。5~25(μm)表现出高反射率。本文通过对双层金属陶瓷膜系结构的厚度及体积分数进行了相关研究,试图找到金属陶瓷膜层厚度及金属体积分数对膜系光学参数的影响,并基于此对膜系结构进行优化设计。83126

Title Optimization design of cermet solar selective absorber
Abstract With the solar power clean energy developing rapidly,people have a higher requitements of the solar selective absorption material’s optical performance and the manufacturing technology。Solar selectiove absorption material is provided with capacity of absorbing the sun light,which is able to absorb the low concentration heat radiation effectively and convert the solar energy into electrical energy efficiently。The spectral reflectance of solar selective absorber coating is the foundation to determine technical index of solar selective absorption efficiency。The Ceramic/Metal Composite,which is named ceramic-metal composite materials,is considered to have a good optical properties and the potential for mass production of solar energy applications。Therefore,the ceramic-metal composite materials is used in the preparation of selective absorption coating widely。In order to obtain the ideal optical properties,we can choose different materials and the thickness of the ceramic-metal composite materials coating。Owing to the undeniable truth that there is more than 99% of the solar radiation spectrum on the earth’s upper atmosphere in the wavelength range of 0。15~4。0(μm),most energy of which is distributed in the visible and infrared spectral region(wavelength more than 0。4μm)。To make the use of solar energy efficiently,we hope to find a kind of optimized selective absorption coating which shows low reflectivity at the wavelength of 0。25~2。5(μm),and shows high reflectivity at the wavelength of 2。5~25(μm)。
