船舶多舱室延伸报警装置的设计+PCB电路图

通过对多舱室船舶报警器的作用,研究的背景以及发展史的介绍,阐述了报警装置的基本组成部分和它的功能,本文也介绍了报警装置中各模块的原理

摘要随着时代的进步,船舶行业日益发展壮大,船舶行业已经成为经济体系中不 可缺少的一部分。随着经济和科技的发展,船舶上的设备不断的更新,船上的各 种设备也逐渐趋向于自动化的操作与控制,船舶上的系统也转变成了无人的机舱 系统,在此系统的实现中,起着关键性作用的还要归功于延伸报警装置,船舶多 舱室延伸报警装置的出现实现了一个集控室同时监测许多舱室的功能,系统将船 舶设备参数通过信号传送到船舶中的集中控制室,再通过延伸装置,将采集的信 号延伸到休息室,餐厅,公共场所。这样,轮机员就可以轻松的观测到船舶运行 中的各个设备的参数变化和运行的状态情况,不需要定时定点的去每一个舱室进 行设备的数据监测与运行状态的检查,大大节省了人力物力。本文通过对多舱室 船舶报警器的作用,研究的背景以及发展史的介绍,阐述了报警装置的基本组成 部分和它的功能,本文也介绍了报警装置中各模块的原理。通过 Altium Deigner 软件的使用,进行原理图的设计与绘制,完成封装。完毕后再对原理图进行封装 的检查,以及必要的电气检查,以确保原理图中的电气连接无误。最后生成 PCB 板。完成 PCB 板的布线,再送厂制版。后续进行单片机的编程,完成对多舱室延 伸报警装置的驱动,使其实现多舱室的监测报警功能。84070

Abstract Along with the progress of the Times, the shipping industry is increasingly growing, shipping industry has become an indispensable part of economic system。 Along with the development of economy and science and technology, equipment constantly updated on the ship, the ship's equipment also gradually tends to the operation of the automation and control, the system also turns into no one on the ship engine room system, in the implementation of this system, plays a key role  to extension alarm device, the emergence of ship cabin more extended alarm device implements a central control room monitoring many cabin function at the same time, the system will transmit ship equipment parameters through the signal transferred to ship in the centralized control room, then, by extending the  device,  the collected signal extends to the lounge, restaurants and public places。 Such, engineers can easily observed ship running parameters and running status of all equipments, don't need timing point to each compartment of running status of equipment data monitoring and inspection, greatly saves manpower。 This article through to the cabin vessel alarm function, the research background and the introduction of history, this paper expounds the basic component of alarm device and its function, this paper also introduces the principle of each module in alarm device。 Through Altium Deigner software use, schematic design and drawing, complete package。 After the encapsulation of schematic diagram check again, and the necessary electrical inspection, to make  sure it is schematic diagram of electrical connections。 Use schematic diagram generate the PCB。Complete PCB wiring, again to send factory process。 Follow-up for microcontroller programming, complete the cabin extension alarm device driver, more make it realize the cabin monitoring alarm function。
