摘要钢铁工业、冶金工业、能源工业等工业在生产作业过程中都会有烟气的产生。烟 气是气体和烟尘的混合物,也是环境污染的重要原因之一。烟气中含有的氮氧化物对 人类生活以及环境造成巨大破坏。84586
本文以 95%钛钨粉为载体,偏钒酸铵、WO3 为活性组分,活性炭为造孔剂,石墨 为润滑剂辅以粘结剂、助剂等物质,通过挤压成型制备黏土蜂窝状 SCR 脱硝催化剂。 并利用 XRD 衍射仪、SEM 扫描电镜、强度测试仪等分析催化剂的表征特性、抗压强度 等性能。
SCR 蜂窝状催化剂制备工艺过程中各组分的含量、干燥工艺、焙烧工艺都对最终 的产品性能有决定性的影响。
试验表明当蒸馏水含量在 35%-45%、钛钨粉含量在 38%-44%、粘结剂在 4%、造孔 剂在 2%、润滑剂在 1。5%、偏钒酸铵为 3%时所制备的的样品较好成型。
选择合适的干燥方案对样品进行干燥,干燥过快易使样品表面开裂,故干燥过程 中选择在室温下干燥 3-5 小时,室温之后放入鼓风干燥机中在 80℃温度下鼓风干燥 2-3 小时。焙烧工艺由焙烧时间、焙烧温度、升温方式、升温速率组成,本试验中采 用三段式焙烧,焙烧温度分别为 400℃、500℃、600℃,焙烧时间为 5 小时。

Abstract Iron and steel industry, metallurgical industry, energy industry and other industries in the production process will have the production of flue gas。 Flue gas is a mixture of gas and dust, and it is also one of the important causes of environmental pollution。 The nitrogen oxides contained in the flue gases have caused great damage to human life and the environment。
The with 95% titanium tungsten powder as carrier, partial ammonium vanadate and WO3 is the active component of branch, activated carbon as the pore forming agent, graphite lubricant supplemented with binder, additives and other substances, by prepared by extrusion clay honeycomb SCR denitration catalyst。 The characterization and compressive strength of the catalysts were characterized by XRD diffraction, SEM scanning electron microscope, strength tester and so on。
Honeycomb SCR catalyst for preparing the content of each component in the process, the drying process and the roasting process are on the properties of the final product has a decisive influence。
The results showed that when the content of distilled water was 35%~45%, the content of titanium and tungsten powder was 38%~44%, the binder was 4%, the pore forming agent was 2%, the lubricant was 1。5%, and the sample prepared by ammonium molybdate was 3%。
Select suitable drying method to dry samples, drying too quickly and easily the sample surface cracking, so the drying process in the dried at room temperature for 3 to 5 hours, after room into the blast dryer under the temperature of 80 DEG C to blow dry for 2-3 hours。 The roasting process consists of roasting time, roasting temperature, heating method and heating rate。 In this experiment, three stage roasting is adopted, the roasting temperature is 400 C, 500 C, 600 C, and the roasting time is 5 hours。
