摘要本文采用65Mn钢、304不锈钢两种金属板作为研究材料,用不预置中间层的固态扩散焊接的方法制备碳钢/不锈钢复合材料,并以双层焊试验为基础,实现多层扩散连接;用光学显微镜、显微硬度试验、变形量分析等方法,研究了碳钢/不锈钢复合板的界面扩散复合行为;分析了界面处的硬度分布和组织成分、元素扩散机制以及焊接压力对焊接质量的影响。研究结果表明,碳钢/不锈钢的固相扩散复合过程存在非对称性,结合区界面组织存在明显的差异;碳钢中C原子向不锈钢侧扩散形成Cr的碳化合物,不锈钢中Cr原子和Ni原子向碳钢侧扩散发生相变;结合区的硬度较母材有所降低;焊接压力越大,焊件的变形量越大,且同样大小的压力下,多层焊的变形率大于双层焊。87867

Title the diffusion bonding of 65Mn steel and 304 stainless steel
Abstract In this paper,65Mn steel and 304 stainless steel clad metal was presented using soild phase diffusion bonding without intermediate layer。 And multi- layer diffusion bonding was implemented based on double layer welding。 The interface diffusion bonding behaviors of the carbon steel/stainless steel was investigated by means of optical microseope(OM), micro hardness test and analysis on deformation。 The hardness and structure of the interface,the element diffusion mechanism and the influences of proeessing parameters have been analyzed。The results show that there was a asymmetry in the process of solid phase diffusion bonding of carbon steel/stainless steel and the structures of bonding interfaces has significant difference。 The carbon atoms of carbon steel diffused to the stainless steel and formed chromium carbide。the chromium and nickel atoms of stainless steel diffused to the carbon steel caused diffusion phase transition。 Compared with the parent metal , the hardness of the interface was decreased;。 With the increase of the welding pressure, the deformation of the weld was increased。 Under the same pressure, the deformation rate of multi-layer bonding is larger than the double layer bonding。
