摘要氧化钨纳米材料是一种典型的间接带隙半导体材料,在百花齐放的纳米半导体材料中,由于其独特新颖的物理化学性质,已经跻身成为电致变色、电化学、光催化和超级电容器、气敏等领域里广泛研究的重点材料。87898
本论文实现了纳米结构氧化钨阵列薄膜的制备及其性能的研究,通过采用水热合成法以WCl6为原料在透明导电玻璃衬底上制备出了六方相结构的氧化钨纳米片阵列薄膜。制备的薄膜与导电基底结合强度高,纳米片之间的空隙便于离子扩散和传输,纳米片的厚度在60~65nm,宽度为800nm~1000nm,氧化钨纳米片阵列薄膜在可见光波长区间内表现出优异的电致变色性能。此外,在-1V~1V期间,0。2g、0。15g、0。1g WCl6用量制得的薄膜在530nm波长的可见光的透过率分别为66%、75%、77%,在可见光波长范围内均具有优异的透过率和光学调制能力。薄膜的着色和褪色时间分别为2。038s/0。35s、0。81s/0。114s、1。19s/0。208s。

Title Preparation and Properties of Nano array of tungsten film
Abstract In various semiconductor nanomaterials, nanomaterials of tungsten oxide is an typical indirect bandgap semiconductor material, due to its unique and novel physical and chemical properties, has become the important material widely studied in electrochromic, electrochemistry, photocatalytic, super capacitor, gas sensing and other areas of extensive research。
This paper carried out preparation and properties of nano-structure array of tungsten oxide films。 By using hydrothermal synthesis and using 0。2g, 0。15g and 0。1g WCl6 for raw materials, we prepared films of tungsten oxide nanosheets array on the transparent conductive glass substrate, these films have hexagonal structure, and these films contacts well with conductive substrate, the gap between nanosheets facilitates ion diffusion and transport, the thickness of the nanosheets are in 60~65nm, and the width are in 800nm~1000nm, tungsten oxide nanosheets array film has excellent electrochromism performance in ultraviolet-visible region。 Beside, during -1V~1V, the three films’ transmittance were 66%, 75%, 77% at 530nm in visible light, In the visible wavelength range, these films have excellent transmittance and optical modulation capability。 The time of coloring and fading of the three films were 2。038s/0。35s, 0。81s/0。114s, 1。19s/0。208s。
