摘 要聚酰亚胺是一种性能优良的高分子材料,聚酰亚胺薄膜更是聚酰亚胺最早的商品之一,且应用广泛。在本研究中,以4,4’-二氨基二苯醚(ODA),2,2’-双[4-(4-氨基苯氧基苯)]六氟丙烷(6FBAPP),均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA),双酚A型二醚二酐(BPADA),2,2’-双(3,4-二羧酸)六氟丙烷二酐(6FDA)为原料,以二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)为溶剂,通过溶液聚合和流涎成型的方法制备了聚酰亚胺薄膜。通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)、动态热力学分析(DMA)、透光率和雾度测试以及拉伸测试对聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜进行测试与表征。分析了单体组成对聚酰亚胺薄膜的性能特别是透明度的影响,发现引入含氟二胺和含氟二酐能够明显提升聚酰亚胺薄膜的透明性。89282

Abstract Polyimide is a kind of high performance polymer material, and polyimide film is one of the earliest commodity of polyimide which is widely used。 In this study, 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether (ODA), 2,2'-bis [4- (4-aminophenoxybenzene) hexafluoropropane (6FBAPP), pyromellitic acid (PMDA), bisphenol A diether dianhydride (BPADA), 2,2'-bis (3,4-dicarboxylic acid) hexafluoropropane dianhydride (6FDA) as raw materials, dimethylacetamide ( DMAC) as solvent, the polyimide film was prepared by solution polymerization and salivation molding。 The polyimide (PI) films were tested and characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), transmittance and haze test and tensile test。 Thereby analyzing the effect of the monomer composition on the properties of the polyimide film, particularly the transparency。 It was found that using fluorine-containing diamine and the fluorine-containing dianhydride could significantly enhance the transparency of the polyimide film。
