摘要:本文基于板料拉深仿真软件DYNAFORM,对烧烤炉内板进行方案优化以及完成对新方案的模具设计。对原方案进行模拟,分析其存在的问题,并针对这些问题对原方案进行凸凹模圆角以及压边力的优化,得出最好的一组参数。接着对成形过程中存在的问题,制定新的成形方案并进行优化,得出最好的成形参数,最后获得理想的零件。

经过数值模拟分析可以发现,原方案首次拉深改变凹模圆角,其减薄率明显减小。最好的一组凹模圆角为25mm,压边力为660KN。得到最优第一次拉深结果后,运用这个结果进行第二次拉深,改变其凹模圆角等参数,模拟结果与原方案进行比较,并不是特别理想。于是进行新方案的设计与优化,优化后的主要工艺参数:首次拉深高度为340mm的桶形件;开口直径为520mm;凸凹模圆角均为20mm;凸凹模间隙为1.1mm;压边力为800KN;二次拉深的压边力范围在18~50KN;凸模摩擦系数选取0.25。根据最优成形方案设计模具。

Abstract:Based on the sheet drawing simulation software DYNAFORM, the inner plate of the grill is optimized and the die design of the new scheme is completed. The original scheme is simulated and its existing problems are analyzed. In order to get the best set of parameters, the optimization of the concave, convex die fillet and the blank holder force are carried out according to analyzing the problems. Then, some new forming schemes are formulated and optimized for the problems existing in the forming process with the best forming parameters obtained. Finally, the ideal parts are obtained.

Through numerical analysis, it can be found that the thinning rate is reduced obviously when the die fillet is changed smaller in the initial drawing of the original scheme. The best set of die corners is 25mm, and the blank holder force is 660KN. After obtaining the best first drawing result, second drawing is carried out by this result. The parameters are changed, such as the fillet of the die, in the second simulation drawing. The simulation results are not particularly satisfactory compared with the original scheme. The design, optimization of the new program and the main technological parameters after optimization are carried out.These parameters are: Barrel shaped parts are 340mm heigh;The opening diameter of the barrel part is 520mm;The round corners of the punch and die are 20mm;The clearance between the punch and die is 1.1mm;The blank holder force is 800KN;The blank holder forces in the two drawing are between 18KN and 50KN; The friction coefficient of the punch is 0.25. The die is designed according to the optimum forming scheme.
