摘要:本设计为年产量180万吨的中厚板车间工艺设计。设计中介绍了中厚板的历史发展历程,近段时间内的市场需求及今后的主要发展形式。基于目前的情形,确定并制定了生产大纲,编制了合理的金属平衡表。此次设计是以Q345(40mm×4050mm×实长)钢板为典型产品。根据研究资料选择并确认了该产品的生产工艺流程,根据要求选择合理的轧机布置形式,本设计采用双机架纵列式布置。选择了适合生产的辅助设备,并制定出了典型产品的压下制度,计算了轧件力能参数,如:轧制力,变形抗力,传动力矩的计算。校核了轧辊得强度以及电机的容量。确定了车间的劳动组织,工作时间。计算出车间的轧机年产量。然后基于轧机形式和具体参数,综合考虑其他设备的形式,确定设备间距,最终画出本车间的平面布置图。分析了车间的各项经济指标。对于环境保护提出有效意见。37503
