摘要本文以铝镁合金为研究材料,探究双脉冲频率对堆敷成型尺寸和性能的影响,并找到了适合铝镁合金双脉冲增材制造的相对优良的工艺参数。本实验通过保持送丝速度和焊接速度不变和对低频频率的改变来探究低频频率对双脉冲电弧增材制造的影响。通过试验,得到了如下结论:双脉冲的 WAAM的电弧较为稳定, 铝镁合金双脉冲 WAAM 的制造件中 3Hz、 7Hz及 9Hz 频率下的构件的气孔倾向更低,0Hz、1Hz 及 5Hz 较高;3Hz,5Hz的鱼鳞纹宽度较小且更为美观;层高与层宽均随频率的增大而增大,熔敷层高宽比随频率的增大而增大;1Hz、3Hz、5Hz 下金属强化相较多,晶粒更加细小;低频脉冲加入后试样的屈服强度明显增大,延伸率随频率的增大而减小,3Hz 下的制造件屈服强度和抗拉强度均为最大分别为 229N/mm^2 和 317N/mm^2; 熔敷层间的过渡部分的硬度均明显低于熔敷层,整体硬度值低于单脉冲且趋势呈波浪状,波峰为 3Hz,其硬度平均值为 75.38HV。综合来说,脉冲频率 3Hz 是对电弧增材制造最好的脉冲参数。42525

Title Low frequency for Al-Mg alloy double pulse arc materialmanufacturing
Abstract Based on aluminum and magnesium alloy materials for research, this paper explorethe double pulse frequency influence on pile of apply the shape size andperformance, and find the suitable for aluminium magnesium alloy double pulseincreases material made in relatively good technical parameters.This experiment through the wire feeding speed and welding speed unchanged andchanges to the low frequency to explore low-frequency effects on double pulse arcincreasing material manufacturing. Through test, obtained the conclusion asfollows: the double pulse WAAM relatively stable arc, aluminium magnesium alloydouble pulse WAAM in manufacturing of 3Hz,7Hz and 9Hz frequency component ofstomatal tend to be lower, 0Hz, 1Hz and 5Hz is higher; 3Hz,5Hz scales grain widthsmaller and more beautiful. Layer height and width of all with the increase offrequency, deposited the height width ratio on frequency increases; Under 1Hz,3Hz,5Hz metal reinforcement than many, small grains more; Low frequency pulse tojoin the samples after the yield strength are increased, the elongation decreaseswith increasing frequency,3Hz,the manufacturing yield strength and tensilestrength is maximum;Transition part of the deposited layers were significantlylower than the hardness of deposited layer,the overall hardness value is lowerthan the single pulse and the trend is wavy,wave to 3Hz, the mean value of 75.38HV hardness. Comprehensive, pulse frequency 3Hz is the best pulse parameters forthe arc to add material manufacturing.
