摘要回望纳米技术发展的长河,从1959年起加州理工大学物理学家理查德﹒费曼在关于“在底部还有很大空间”的演讲中首次提出物质可以从单个的分子、原子甚至更小的粒子(即纳米的出现)来组装这一概念之后,人们对纳米技术的认识逐渐深入,各项新的科学技术例如纳米物理学、纳米化学、纳米加工技术等科技迅速发展。针对这一飞速发展的领域,我们课题组选取饭团状Au/SiO2纳米复合粒子来详细研究贵金属纳米复合粒子(NCPS)的催化性能。71727
中式饭团状Au/SiO2纳米复合粒子通过四甲氧基硅烷和3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)的溶胶-凝胶过程和反相细乳液中金盐的原位还原来方便的合成。APTES在中式饭团状Au NPs的金盐还原SiO2纳米支架中具有窄的粒度分布和10nm Au NPs的金盐还原,和Au NPs附着在SiO2纳米支架的过程中起了重要作用。对中式饭团状Au/SiO2纳米复合粒子的性质、催化活性和水溶液分散性进行了系统的研究。所制备的Au/SiO2纳米复合粒子显示出了良好的水分散性,在可逆稳定胶体的水分散体系中Au/SiO2纳米复合粒子显示出了对pH的依赖性,这对Au/SiO2纳米复合粒子的回收是有利的。此外,在Au/SiO2纳米复合粒子的对硝基苯酚还原反应中显示出了高催化活性和良好的回收再利用性能。氯金酸还原过程的形成机理和中式饭团状纳米复合粒子的形成机理进行了讨论。

For this area of rapid development, We select of high-performance Chinese rice roll-like Au/SiO2 nanocomposite particles (NCPs) detailed study catalytic properties of noble metal nanoparticle composites (NCPS).
Chinese rice roll-like Au/SiO2 nanocomposite particles (NCPs) were expediently synthesized through a simultaneous sol–gel process of tetramethoxysilane and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) and in situ reduction of gold salt in inverse miniemulsions. APTES played an important role in the formation of Chinese rice roll-like SiO2 nano-supports, reduction of gold salts to Au NPs with a size of sub-10 nm and a narrow particle size distribution, and attachment of Au NPs to the SiO2 nano-supports. The particle properties, catalytic activity, and aqueous dispersibility of the Chinese rice roll-like Au/SiO2 NCPs were systematically investigated. The prepared Au/SiO2 NCPs displayed a good aqueous dispersibility, and the aqueous dispersion of the Au/SiO2 NCPs showed a pH-dependent reversible colloidal stability which is beneficial to recycling of the Au/SiO2 NCPs. In addition, the Au/SiO2 NCPs embodied a high catalytic activity and good recycling performance towards the reduction of p-nitrophenol. The reduction process of HAuCl4 and formation mechanism of the Chinese rice roll-like NCPs were also discussed.
