摘要随着社会和经济的发展,环境污染和能源危机等问题越发地严重。光催化材料由于已经在解决太阳能利用,光解水制氢,有机废水处理,空气净化等问题方面表现出了重要的应用前景而成为一项迅速增长的研究领域。特别地,由于卤氧化铋(BiOX,X=Br、I)半导体材料对可见光表现出一定的吸收能力,而且光化学稳定性较高,吸引了许多研究者的关注。由于BiOCl的禁带宽度较大,仅能受紫外光的激发,为了扩展其光吸收范围,将其与窄带隙半导体如Bi2S3复合,通过抑制光生载流子的复合,达到提高光催化性能的目的。本论文通过离子交换法及共沉淀法制备了Bi2S3-BiOCl复合物纳米晶,通过改变硫源与Bi的比例、离子交换时间等参数制备纯BiOCl以及不同组成比的Bi2S3-BiOCl复合物。通过XRD、TEM、XPS等表征分析了产物组成及结构。通过在可见光的激发下催化降解罗丹明B的实验结果表明,硫源的量、反应时间等对复合物的光催化活性都存在一定的影响。78575

Title    Photocatalytic Performance Of Bi2S3-BiOCl Hybrids               

Abstract With the social and economic development, environmental pollution and energy crisis and other issues more grave。 Aspects of photocatalytic materials have been used in the settlement since the solar photocatalytic hydrogen evolution, organic waste water treatment, air purification and other issues showed significant potential applications become a rapidly growing area of research。 Particularly, since a halogen bismuth oxide (BiOX, X = Br, I) semiconductor material having good light absorption and photochemical stability, making it a hotspot of new photocatalytic materials。 Meantime, it shows excellent photocatalytic properties, it also has potential applications in the fields of energy, environmental protection, chemicals, materials and so on。 Since the band gap of BiOCl is large, only excited by ultraviolet light, in order to expand its optical absorption range, with its narrow bandgap semiconductors such as Bi2S3 composite by inhibiting photo-generated carriers complex, to achieve the purpose to improve the photocatalytic properties。 In this paper, we synthesise Bi2S3-BiOCl nanocrystalline composites by ion exchange and coprecipitation, including pure BiOCl and Bi2S3-BiOCl of different composition ratio by changing the parameters of the synthesis ratio of sulfur source, ion exchange time。 The test of  photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B performance under visible shows that the concentration of sulfur source, the reaction system has a certain impact on the photocatalytic properties of the composite 。
