摘要城市流动摊贩的管理一直是近年来被广泛关注的问题。本论文在阅读大量文献的基础上，总结了流动摊贩存在的根源，分析了流动摊贩的积极作用与消极作用，从管理主体、法律依据和管理困境三方面论述了城市管理的现状，阐述了目前的管理困境和困境的成因。最后以兴顺国际观光夜市为例，介绍了兴顺夜市的新型管理模式，在进行了大量问卷调查的基础上，对调查数据进行分析、归纳和整理，从商贩、顾客、居民三个文度对新型管理模式的成果进行评估，总结其优势，并提出向全国推广的建议。19245

Title   Innovation in city peddler management----   ----a case of Xingshun street in Shenyang                                           
Abstract
City  peddler  management has always been a problem which is widely concerned recently. On the basis of reading lots of literatures,this article summarize the reasons of the city peddler’s existence,analyze the positive and negative influences,discuss the current situation of city management from three aspects,and then discribe the recent management dilemma and the reason how it happen.For searching solutions,this article list innovative management methods from all over the word,and then make a comparison to the situation inland.Finally,introduce the innovative management mode of Xingshun street,giving an evaluation of the achievement from three aspects after a large number of surveys,statistics and analyze,summarize its advantages,finally giving its advise for generalize to the whole country.
