摘要： 近年来，随着经济的发展和社会的进步，残疾人就业问题的关注度持续上升。残疾人由于自身条件的局限，受社会偏见、就业歧视影响，就业形势并不乐观。本文通过T市残疾人就业现状调研结果的分析及个案访谈，从优势视角的角度，解读残疾人就业面临的困境，以及影响残疾人求职成功的主要因素。并从残疾人就业的公共政策角度，对能够有效促进残疾人就业，改善残疾人生存状况等方面提出建议。24249

Case study on the plight of disabled employment and countermeasures on policy of T city
Abstract：Recent years have experienced a marked development on economy, as long as the advance of the society and people are focusing more attention on the employment for people that have disabilities. The employment situation of disabled people is not optimistic, due to the limitations of their own conditions of persons with disabilities, and also affected by social prejudice and discrimination in employment. In this dissertation, I would like to focus on the topic of employment status of the disabled, analysis of interviews and case on the research results in T City. Firstly from the perspective of advantage, I will analysis the employment difficulties that the disabled people are facing, and find the key factors that influencing the success of the disabled to find jobs. Then from the angle of public policy on the employment of the disabled people, I will put forward some suggestions, in order to effectively promote the employment of disabled people and improve the life of disabled people.

一、研究背景
近年来，随着经济的发展和社会的进步，残疾人就业问题的关注度持续上升。对于残疾人来说，由于他们自身身体的局限性，受到社会偏见、就业歧视持续影响，残疾人的就业形势始终不容乐观。需要就业却难以就业，成为残疾人在社会生活中的一大难题，并且呈恶性循环趋势。因此，对残疾人的关心，扶持和帮助是必不可少的，保障残疾人就业也是保障残疾人能够更好生活的前提。就我国的国情而言, 就业是残疾人最大的保障。
实现残疾人平等就业，不仅是他们的生存保障，也是社会文明进步的标志。残疾人就业问题，受国际社会多方关注。残疾人就业政策是否完善，残疾人就业的水平高低，是衡量各国经济发展水平的一个标杆，也从侧面体现了如今国际社会对于人权的重视。
现阶段，我国关于残疾人就业主要在残疾人就业政策，残疾人就业单位的税收优惠，两方面做了不少努力和尝试。在这些政策的推进下，残疾人就业的人数不断增加，用人单位对于残疾员工的招收意识有所增强，残疾人社会融入的程度有所提升。但与此同时，残疾人就业促进政策在实践中依然遇到很多障碍，残疾人在劳动报酬，劳动权益方面依旧存在问题。 残疾人就业困境及政策促进研究:http://www.youerw.com/faxue/lunwen_17674.html
