摘要：随着互联网的发展，也催生了互联网金融这一新兴金融体系的发展，但是，由于 对于互联网金融这一领域我国法律制度尚不够完善，导致出现了很多问题。此篇论文针对 互联网金融消费者权益保护方面作了比较深入的研究，并对出现的问题作出探讨。本文首 先对互联网金融的概念、特征以及互联网金融消费者权益保护的特殊性作出介绍；其次罗列我国法律中有关互联网金融消费者享有的权利及互联网金融交易平台提供者承担的义 务；然后重点讲述我国互联网金融消费者权益的法律保护现状及法律保护存在的不足；最 后对我国互联网金融消费者权益的法律保护提出自己的建议。85774
