中国城乡规划地方法规比较分析以南京与徐州两地为例

摘要：2015年通过的《中华人民共和国立法法》将地方立法权扩大至所有设区的市，在设区的市的地方立法工作全面启动之际，对城乡规划地方立法工作进行回顾与检讨，从理论和实务角度对相关问题进行分析研究，进而提出有针对性的对策建议，推动此项工作依法依规、平稳有序地向前推进，显得尤为紧迫和必要。本文以江苏省两个较大市---南京市与徐州市的城乡规划条例为中心，通过对两市的城乡规划法规内容进行比较分析，结合国外城乡规划的发展经验，为我国城乡规划的完善提供参考与借鉴。 92088
