摘 要：区域法治文化是地区法治文化不可缺少的构成部分，法治文化是法律文化发展演进到一定历史阶段的产物，特别是当代提出的建设社会主义法治国家，极大的推动法治文化建设。区域法治文化的差异会导致许多问题，比如说国际法无法常态适用,国际诉讼无法有序开展等，但是法治文化的差异同样也能推动法治文化建设发展。对于这样的问题，应该保持中立的立场，对不同区域的法治文化进行整合，在差异中保持协调，在冲突中实现共存。保持法治文化冲突协调动态平衡，更好的推进法治文化建设。94367

全球化的发展，国家统一，不能消除法治文化的区域特征。在一个统一的国家，形成不同的区域法治文化的可能性非常大。区域法治文化和民族文化法治，法治文化的不同区域相互影响，互动，相互联系。区域法治文化的发展不同于法律文化的共存，发展方式与法治文化融合不同。不同法律文化融合的结果在一定程度上也会呈现不同的区域法治文化特色，在国家法治文化的大框架下不断融合，形成有差异但协调的特色法治文化。
在这个过程中，概念内涵，基本性质，客观基础，总体目标，主题内容，价值，路径选择，动态机制，功能类型，文化机制发展模式，评价指标和区域法治方法研究中国法治进程中的区域法治典型案例分析和不同地区法治发展的比较研究将逐步形成一个新的理论分析工具系统，总结和揭示区域的法治发展法治，然后扩大和丰富中国特色法律制度，法律制度和法治话语体系，以期在中国建设法治，促进中国法治现代化建设，提供自己的一份力量。
