摘要：本文主要谈内反腐和依法治国，中国内部反腐对我国法治建设有着极其重要的影响和重大作用。要实现依法治国，必须深刻认识到内反腐败的重要性和必要性。强化员干部法制观念，让法治执行力推动依法治国；加大对员权力制约与监督的力度，为依法治国提供坚强的内示范与引领；优化内政治生活，规范依法治国程序。依法治国必然要求依规治，在内反腐的过程中不断完善内法律法规体系，通过加强内法制建设推动依法治国的实现。75498

Party Anti-corruption Role in Boosting the Rule of Law Studies
Abstract: This article mainly talks about the party's anti-corruption and the rule of law, the Chinese Communist Party's internal anti-corruption has a very important impact on the construction of the rule of law and the important role。 In order to realize the rule of law, we must deeply understand the importance and necessity of anti corruption in the party。 strengthening the legal concept of Party members and cadres, so that the rule of law enforcement forces to promote the rule of law; increase the intensity of Party members and the power restriction and supervision, provide strong Party demonstration and guidance for the rule of law; to optimize the political life of the party and specification of the rule of law programs。 The rule of law the inevitable requirement in accordance with regulations of the party, in the process of corruption within the party constantly improve inner-party laws and regulations system, by strengthening the legal construction of the party to promote the realization of the rule of law。

的第十八次全国人民代表大会以来，总领导下的中央高度重视反腐倡廉工作，注重衔接与协调内规章与国家法律，提高内法规执行力，使得员干部在严格遵守国家法律法规上起到带头作用，从而全面推进依法治国的进程。在的十八届四中全会上习总指出：“社会zhuyi法治最根本的保证关键在于坚持的领导，在的领导下全面推进依法治国是必由之路。中国领导制定国家法令、带头遵守国家法律、保证依法执法是实现依法治国的应有意蕴。”①的领导和依法治国是内在统一的，依法治国必须坚定中国的领导地位，中国的领导必须依靠依法治国。只有在中国的领导下依法治国、厉行法治，才能实现真正意义上的人民当家作主，法治国家与法治社会的建设才能有条不紊。论文网
