摘要随着电子商务的蓬勃发展，网络购物正快速走进我们的日常生活，已经成为了当前主流的消费方式之一。淘宝网就是网络购物市场蓬勃发展最有力的见证者。但近年来网上各种侵权行为与日俱增，阿里巴巴淘宝网对网上的各种侵权行为也越来越重视，而职业维权这个行业也慢慢衍生，并逐渐发展壮大。针对淘宝网上屡见不鲜的各种侵权行为,阿里巴巴集团已经建立了一整套从侵权商品信息的发现、取证、确认、删除、处罚的维权体系。本文通过对淘宝网上各种侵权行为和打击措施进行分析，以及对维权公司、品牌方、淘宝进行具体案例分析，总结出淘宝职业维权对整个电子商务生态系统带来的作用和影响。75130
