我国政府信息公开范围研究

摘要：政府信息公开范围是政府信息公开制度的核心内容，本文通过讨论我国政府信息公开及保密范围的相关规定，分析我国政府信息公开范围存在的立法不完善、实施艰难的问题，从立法经验不足、法律法规用词不严谨、封建思想根深蒂固、社会主义初级阶段社会现状、政府官员腐败，信息公开不透明、长期奉行保密制度这几点对问题产生的原因进行分析，从完善相关立法、明确政府职能、改变公民思想方面对完善我国政府信息公开范围提出相关建议，以此来说明如何对我国政府信息公开范围进行全面合理的理解和完善，从而不断推进我国政府信息公开制度的发展。94906

Research on the Scope of Government Information Publicity in China
