摘 要：校园文化建设对于大学生的政治思想的健康发展有重大意义。笔者通过研究校园文化的现状，首先说明了校园文化与思想政治工作的关系，明确指出了校园文化是思想政治教育的重要载体、思想政治教育指明了校园文化的前进方向。进而表明现阶段存在校园文化建设影响力较弱的具体表现，其原因主要有物质保障不均衡、衔接度差、缺乏创新意识。最后，为解决这些问题提出增加物质保障、加强校园文化与政治工作的衔接度、提升创新意识三项具体的解决对策。27907

Abstract: Campus Culture for the healthy development of political thought college students have great significance. Through research status campus culture, first described the relationship between the campus culture and the ideological and political work, clearly points out the campus culture is an important carrier of ideological and political education, ideological and political education pointed out the direction of campus culture. Thereby indicating the presence of stage construction of campus culture influence weaker specific performance, mainly due to have material security is not balanced, the degree of convergence, the lack of innovation. 前言
伴随着我国的不断发展，对于人才基本素质的认定要求愈来愈高。学校作为造就人才的重要载体，如何建设校园文化被更多的人关注。怎样才能施展校园文化建设对大学生思想政治工作的积极作用，也成为教育工作人员必须思考的一个重点。笔者通过对校园文化建设与学生思想政治工作二者间的关系进行了深入的研究与分析，发现并且指出校园文化建设过程中的遗留问题，进而以期通过提出有效的应对措施发挥校园文化建设的积极作用，确保思想政治工作的顺利开展。
一、校园文化建设对学生思想政治教育工作的作用分析
（一）校园文化与思想政治教育的内涵
1.校园文化的内涵
校园文化是社会大众文化这个大概念中的一部分，因其特殊的内容、环境、接受群体的特殊性进而又具有了不同的概念。目前笔者综合国内外相关文献中对于校园文化概念的界定，认为校园文化即在特定的区域环境下产生的，以校园成员作为主体的，能够反映学校教学方针、教育管理水平的特殊大众文化。校园文化作为一种特殊的大众文化，其特殊性主要表现在以下三个方面。 充分发挥校园文化建设对学生思想政治工作的作用:http://www.youerw.com/faxue/lunwen_22568.html
