摘要区域经济一体化对以世界贸易组织为代表的多边贸易机制产各个层面都产生了非常重要的影响，已经成为当今世界经济贸易发展的一个重要特征。它改变了多边贸易机制的成员结构，促进了多边贸易机制目标的实现，推动了多边贸易机制规则的完善；同时，在一定程度上抵消了多边贸易机制原本带来的积极效应，导致多边贸易机制内出现新的不平衡，使多边贸易机制规则在区域经济一体化组织内的适用产生一定的排斥。区域经济一体化对全球经济一体化的影响任何人都不可轻易断言是绝对的积极或是绝对的消极，通过研究不同学者的理论和实证分析现存的典型，应该说是利弊并存，积极影响大于消极影响。关键是要研究如何协调利弊并存的现状，努力做到扬其利、避其弊。30306
区域经济一体化组织产生的原因是国家和地区经济与世界经济交融与互利过程中，必然会出现这样的一个发展阶段，属于经济全球化发展系列过程中的一个重要过程。它不仅在世界贸易自由化大潮中成为中流砥柱，也大大推动了全球贸易的自由化的历史进程。不仅大大降低了各国开展自由贸易中的谈判成本，它在一体化道路上取得的每一个进步，也为世界多边自由贸易发展提供了“典范”作用；只要再加上WTO多边自由贸易机制的正确引导和规范，区域经济一体化组织的建立与发展将成为多边自由贸易进程前进的助推力。

Abstract
Regional economic integration ,which has been a very important character of multilateral trade development ,has a very important influence on multilateral trading system from each level represented by the world trade organization .It has realized the goals of the multilateral trade mechanism , made the mechanism of the multilateral trade rules perfect .At the same time , to a certain extent offset by the positive effects of the multilateral trade mechanism .Regional economic integration of the global economic integration affect anyone not easily broken ,it is absolutely positive or negative absolutely .
