摘 要：政府职能转变是政府多年以来潜心研究的工作，新一届政府上台创造性的颁布《企业信息公示暂行条例》，不仅是对企业监管的大变革也是政府职能转变的新契机。与先前的年度检验监管职能相比，企业信息公示监管减轻了政府工作压力、提高了行政效率，变政府独家监管为社会监管，使得监管的法律定位清晰明确。此次对企业监管职能的转变也充分体现了政府简政放权等重大举措，也符合建设服务型政府的内在要求。34284

Analyses the Legal Regulatory Functions of the Government in the Publicity of the Enterprise Information
Abstract:The change of government function is the job of the government over the years.The Provisional Regulations on Disclosure of Enterprise Information had creatively been promulgated when the new government come to power.It is not only the great change of the corporate governance ,but also a new opportunity for the transition of government function. Compared with the previous annual inspection regulatory functions,the Provisional Regulations on Disclosure of Enterprise Information reduces the government's work pressure, and improves the administrative efficiency,and changes the government exclusive supervision into the society supervision, and makes the position of legal regulation clear. The regulatory functions of the enterprise transformation also fully embodies the government and the decentralization and so on,and accord with the requirement of building a service-oriented government.

浅析政府在企业信息公示中的法定监管职能 
前言
政府对企业的法定监管职能是政府职能中的重要部分，政府法定监管职能随着时代的进步、社会的发展也在不断顺应时代作出转变。政府职能转变具有重大的意义。是推进政府简政放权，放管结合的重大举措；是建设服务型政府的内在要求。新时期颁布的《企业信息公示暂行条例》，是政府对企业监管的重大突破，具有跨时代的意义，也是世界范围内监管的创举。
本文通过先述政府法定监管职能转变的意义，再简单介绍过去的监管方式即年度检验，最后来主要介绍信息公示中的监管职能。
