【摘要】 我国于20世纪70年代开始实行计划生育政策，经过30多年的努力，已婚人群的生育意愿和生育行为发生了显著变化；而现如今，人口老龄化、劳动力持续短缺、出生性别比失衡等问题开始突出。在这种情况下，国家于2013年11月提出了“单独二胎”政策。本研究通过对江苏省金坛市符合单独二孩政策的已婚人群的生育意愿现状进行调查研究，分析已婚人群生育意愿的影响因素，并得出相应的研究结论:年龄、文化程度、职业、工作时间和家庭等因素影响人们的生育意愿；此外，已婚人群的生育动机更加情感化、现代化，且生育观念更新较快，大部分人群尽管符合政策，但是却不愿意生育二胎。最后，本次调查为今后研究全面放开二胎做铺垫。36565

The Research on the Fertility Desire of a Separate Two-Child Policy
—Taking Jiantan,Jiangsu Province as an Example
【Abstract】 Since China began to implement the family planning policy in 1970s, after 30 years of hard work, people’s fertility desire and behavior have changed a lot; Nowadays, the aging of the population、labor shortage、imbalanced sex ratio at birth and so on, all these problems stand out, under the circumstances, in 2013 November, the state was proposed to the separate two-child policy. In this study, through the investigation and study on present situation of Jintan city, Jiangsu Province, married people in line with the policy fertility voluntarily, to analyze the influencing factors of the fertility desire of married people，also draw into the study conclusion:age,degree of education,occupation,family and so on,all these factors influence people’s fertility desire;In addition,people’s fertility intention become more emotional and modernistic, fertility concept update faster.Although most people are in line with the policy，they are unwilling to have two children.Finally，the research is to pave the way for future research on the full liberalization of the second child.

（一）问题的提出
现如今，人口老龄化、劳动力持续短缺、出生性别比失衡等社会问题日益突出，为此国家在2013年11月提出了“单独二胎”政策以缓解当下面临的人口结构性问题。而关于生育意愿的研究已有很多，为了解究竟是什么因素影响人们的生育意愿，本次研究首先需要对以往的文献进行回顾；其次，分析现如今人们的生育意愿现状；最后根据调查分析影响人们生育意愿的因素并得出相应的结论。
