摘要随着网络化消费的不断发展，互联网保险应运而生，互联网保险带给消费者的是方便快捷的保险消费享受，然而由于互联网自身特有的虚拟性，以及我国对互联网消费者权益保护的不够重视和互联网交易平台监管方面的缺失，导致各种假保单、骗子公司的出现，这些互联网保险诈骗的现象严重损害了互联网保险消费者的合法权益，影响了互联网保险的健康发展。保障好互联网消费者权益，对促进我国互联网保险的发展，有着十分重要的意义。45229
本文首先从互联网保险消费者权益保护的现状以及存在的问题出发，结合我国目前对互联网金融消费者和保险消费者权益保护的主要文献资料，分析了目前互联网保险消费者权益保护的困难和主要问题，在借鉴国外消费者保护先进经验的基础上，从加快发展电子互联网技术、加强应对互联网保险消费者权益保护的高层次立法保障和规范互联网保险交易市场等方面来提出保护互联网保险消费者权益的对策与建议。

Abstract With the continuous development of network consumption, Internetinsurance arises at the historic moment, the Internet insurance to consumers isconvenient and quick to enjoy insurance consumption, however, due to theirparticular Internet virtual sexual, and the insufficient attention ofconsumers' rights and interests protection on the Internet and the Internettrading platform, the lack of regulation, lead to all sorts of false insurancepolicies, the emergence of cheater company, these Internet insurance fraudphenomenon seriously harms the legitimate rights and interests of insuranceconsumers, the Internet has affected the healthy development of Internetinsurance. Ensure good Internet consumers' rights and interests, to promote thedevelopment of Internet insurance in our country, it is of great significance.
