摘 要：腐败是社会的一颗毒瘤，阻碍着社会向前发展的步伐。每一届的中央政府都将惩治和预防腐败作为重点问题来治理，而且关于反腐败的制度机制的研究从未中断过。但是，我们仍可从现状中发现一些问题，相关制度体系的不健全，组织结构存在弊端，监督机制的不完善，思想价值观方面出现波动，要完善惩治和预防腐败的制度体系和机制需要加强反腐倡廉思想教育，重视群众在反腐斗争中的作用，强化国际反腐合作有效机制，完善相关法律制度体系。70847

Abstract:Corruption is a tumor of the society, hindering the pace of the society forward. Each session of the central government will be punishing and preventing corruption problems as the key to management, and research on the system and mechanism of anti-corruption has never been interrupted. 十八大报告中曾经提出“不断提高的领导和执政水平、提高拒腐防变和抵御风险能力，是巩固执政地位、实现执政使命的重大课题。反腐倡廉，是一贯坚持的政治立场，是人民关注的重大政治问题。这个问题解决不好，就会对造成巨大伤害，严重的话会导致亡亡国。” 回顾2015年，“反腐败”一词可以称得上是年度最具热度的词语。这一年，我国的反腐败斗争相较以往无论是在规模还是深度都有了史无前例的高强度。随着反腐败检查的不停进行，反腐败已经成为了国内外各界的共鸣。与此同时，我们可以从中发现反腐败的斗争也正在打破一些以往不曾涉足的“禁区”和习以为常的“惯例”。随着我国社会的不停发展，我国对反腐败的要求越来越高。从未有的惩治力度似乎在昭示着中国针对反腐的斗争已经进入了“新常态”。可是从目前看来，惩治和预防腐败的相关制度体系和机制似乎进入了瓶颈阶段，亟待着去完善。论文网
一、我国反腐败现状
