本设计系上海市区影晟中心—B区空调系统设计及停车场消防设计,具体尺寸见平面图,是集办公、商务于一体的酒店综合建筑。本大楼为地上优尔十三层建筑,地下三层,建筑总面积为270630平方米,标准层面积为2330平方米,B1、B2、B3面积为22540平方米。每层层高4米。20087
本设计任务是对大楼的七至十层进行空调系统设计以及对地下二层的停车场进行防排烟设计。
根据所给出的建筑条件图进行房间编号,确定各房间的负荷种类,房间尺寸,门窗尺寸,围护结构的传热系数,房间的朝向、传热面积、室外气象条件、室内设计参数。用excel表格将各房间的逐时负荷统计计算出来,确定最大负荷出现的时间以及最大负荷数值。根据节能设计标准要求,结合计算软件,采用冷系数法对整个酒店的冷负荷进行逐时计算。
由计算出的总负荷,来确定系统形式,此次的设计中,系统主要空调方案为风机盘管加新风系统,采用风机盘管承担空调房间的冷负荷与热负荷,每个办公房间的吊顶内安置一个风机盘管。新风则通过独立的新风管道先送入风机盘管,再与送风混合一起送入房间。根据负荷等计算出的参数选择风机盘管和新风机组。每层3个新风机组分别放在3个空调机房中,新风机组分别负担该层空调房间的新风负荷。该空调系统的优点是占用建筑面积少,调节方便。
毕业论文根据给定的设计参数和计算出的参数,查找相应的资料手册,进行系统的水力计算,在水力计算中,根据已绘出的系统草图,确定系统的最不利管段,标注最不利管段的节点,采用假定流速法进行分段的水力计算,得出整个管路的管径和整个管路的水力损失,对于管路水力损失较大的管段进行管径调整,得出合理的沿程总水力损失。并选出合适的管道尺寸。
对于车库的防排烟系统设计,进风量一般为排风量的80~85%。车库的进、排风机宜采用多台并联或变频风机,结合排烟系统可采用双速高温排烟风机。排烟风机的排烟量按换气次数不小于6次/h计算确定。以2000m2划分一个防烟分区,总共有6个防烟分区。根据规范算出排烟量,并在防烟楼梯间设置加压送风。
