摘要本次毕业设计是门式刚架厂房中单层工业厂房的设计，既镇江东风公司2号厂房的结构设计，设计按照《毕业设计任务书》的要求，且应当满足钢结构设计规范设计要求，设计包括厂房的两个部分：结构设计和构件设计。87380
结构设计包括厂房的主要框架布置、梁柱截面的选取，以及梁柱间的节点设计、柱脚的节点设计。构件设计包括能与主体结构形成整体体系的部件，主要涉及檩条、系杆支撑、吊车梁、牛腿、基础等相关部件的设计。优化方案设计，决定采用双跨四坡形式结构，根据计算选定其次要构件尺寸及其布置，从而确定形成一个完整的厂房。
最后，绘制相应的施工图及详图，用PKPM电算验算及绘制施工图，用TEKLA建三维模型及绘制详图，从而保证该厂房的设计清晰明了。本设计属于工程案例设计，突出了理论的系统性，同时也突出了应用的可操作性，对于初学者具有很好的引导性意义。

Abstract This graduation design is a design of gabled frame building with mono layer industrial factory building, both Zhenjiang Dongfeng company No。2 building structural design, design in accordance with the requirements of the graduation design task book, and shall meet the requirement of design code for design of steel structure, the design including plant of two points: structure design and element design。
Structural design including the main frame of the plant layout,select the size of beam and column, and beam column joints design, column node design。 Component design include the ability to form part of the overall system and the main structure, mainly involving the related parts of the purlin, tie supports, crane beam, bracket, the foundation design。 The optimization scheme is designed, which is based on the structure of double span four slope form, and the size and arrangement of the component are selected according to the calculation, so as to form a complete plant。
Finally, draw corresponding drawings and detail, with PKPM calculation checking and construction drawing, with TEKLA build 3D model and detailed drawing, so as to ensure the plant's design is clear。 This design belongs to the engineering case design, highlighting the theory of the system, but also highlights the application of ability, for beginners with a very good guiding significance。
