连云港市某小区住宅楼建筑及结构设计

摘要本毕业设计为连云港市某小区住宅楼的建筑设计及结构设计。建筑设计完成了1至5层的平面设计，南立面和西立面的立面设计，以及出入口的剖面设计，并绘制了相应的建筑施工图。结构设计完成了一层楼盖的结构设计，一榀典型框架的结构设计，楼梯的结构设计，以及基础的结构设计，并绘制了相应的结构施工图。结构设计中，楼盖的双向板采用了塑性绞线法来进行计算，竖向荷载作用下框架内力采用分层法计算，框架在水平地震作用下的框架内力则采用D值法计算。87497
