摘要本毕业设计是南京市某中学高中部15班教学楼建筑及结构设计。本教学楼建筑呈倒U形布局，造型简洁，实用性强。建筑设计包括1~3层平面布局设计、南立面设计和楼梯乙剖面设计，并绘制相应建筑施工图。结构设计包括标准楼盖设计，屋盖设计、一榀典型框架设计、一部主楼梯设计、雨篷设计和基础设计，并绘制相应结构施工图。标准层楼盖和屋盖的的结构设计包括按照弹性理论结构设计的钢筋混凝土板和次梁，竖向荷载作用下框架结构内力采用分层法，水平地震作用采用底部剪力法，基础采用柱下钢筋混凝土独立基础和矩形联合基础，此外学习利用PKPM软件进行电算校核。87725

Title An architectural and structural design of teaching Building for a middle school in Nanjing
Abstract This graduation design is an architectural and structural design of teaching building for a middle school in Nanjing。 This teaching building has an U-shaped architectural layout with simple modeling and effective practicability。 The architectural design includes the plane layout design form first floor to the third, south facade design, staircase section design and the building construction drawing of this building。 The structural design includes the design of standard floor, roof design, typical frame design, main staircase design, canopy design, foundation design and the structural construction drawing。 The structural design of standard floor and roof includes the reinforced concrete slabs and secondary beams designed by the theory of elastic structure。 The calculation of the internal force of framestructure under vertical loads adopts layer method, and the calculation of horizontal earthquake forces adopts bottom shear method。 The foundation consists of reinforced concrete independent foundation under column and rectangular combined foundation。 Moreover, this design has used the PKPM for verification。
