摘要本设计为工程设计类，南昌市某饭店空调系统，地下三层，地上二十优尔层，建筑面积38,512平方米，建筑高度98.7米。一层、二层为酒店、餐饮用房，三层为KTV包间，四层为餐厅、包房，优尔～十九层为酒店，二十层以上主要为常住客房。设计内容包括冷热负荷计算，空气处理方案的选择，空调末端设备选型，水管路和风管路系统的设计计算及附属设备的选型。该酒店位于南昌市，考虑环保问题与节约空间方面，采用螺杆式冷水机组加燃气锅炉的冷热源方案。空调系统方式，对于餐厅之类大空间场合，采用集中空气处理方式将空气处理到适当状态，通过风管和散流器送出，并回收回风。对客房类面积较小的房间采用风机盘管加新风系统。地下室设置防排烟系统。23529

Abstract
This is a Design of the air-conditioning engineering for a hotel in Nanchang that have three layer underground, twenty-six on the ground floor. 38512 square meters.The first and second floor is the hotel and dining room,third floor is KTV room,fourth floor is restaurant and chartered room,sixth to nineteenth is the hotel,other room is living room.The design including the Cold and heat load,selection of air processing scheme and air conditioning terminal equipment,selection and design of the water syetem and ventilation system and ancillary equipment.The otel is located in Nanchang,conside on environmental and space.the cold and heat source scheme choice screw water chillers with gas-fired boiler.I choice all air system with the recovery of return for the large space,such as restaurants,sent the cold air by the wind pipe and the diffuser.the Fan coil plus fresh air for the small room,such as living room.At last,set somke control system at underground .

1绪论
1．1设计目的
熟悉暖通空调工程设计规范，掌握暖通空调工程设计方法，熟练掌握通风空调设备选型方法，熟练运用计算机绘制施工图，掌握设计说明书撰写方法；并通过通风空调工程设计，全面而系统地巩固专业知识，增强工程意识，培养工作能力和专业协作意识，了解专业的发展动向。
1．2设计要求
1、撰写开题报告，篇幅及打印格式符合学校的规范化要求；
2、外文参考文献翻译，不少于10000个印刷符号（或译出3000汉字）；
3、编写设计说明书，要求内容完整，打印格式符合学校的规范化要求；
