摘要： 艺术中心建筑设计近几年在中国的大小城市中不断涌现，随着人民生活的不断改善和对地区功能要求的不断复杂化发展成为影剧院和超市复合功能，为周边居民提供便利的社区文化服务场所23564
我国现阶段大部分地区的艺术中心由于各地区经济，人民观念地域差别等因数，普遍存在建筑利用率不高，设计不能跟上时代需要，使用能耗较高等弊病。而且往往建筑周边环境设计简陋，广场大而空，绿化较少等情况，导致艺术中心本身以及周边都缺乏充分利用的状况。为此我们应该积极创新，借鉴国内外成功经验，合理充分的进行设计，让艺术中心回归民众，改善周边居民的物质，精神生活质量。

1 项目概况
1.1 工程概况
建设项目总建筑面积为23000 m2，基地有高差，位于河南省三门峡陕县
陕州大道一侧。
本项目性质为镇区公共服务配套设施，拟建地上建筑面积为16000m2，拟建地下建筑面积为7000m2，其中功能包括艺术中心5000m2，商业超市10000m2，服务设施1000m2，及其他配套功能。
1.2 基地研究以及设计核心
对基地现状进行整理分析后得出：
（1） 基地内南面与城市主干道相连接，作为基地主要人行出入口的沿街立面，在满足设计要求的前提下更要注重通过平面、立面设计和总平面设计，塑造符合城市肌理，同时具有时代个性建筑。
（2）基地北面为多层住宅，因此建筑高度的需要考量，保证住宅区的日照需求。
（3）基地东面为商业街可以很好地吸引人流，也应该适当利用。基地东面为自然未开垦景观因合理把握和利用。
2 设计理念
本翡翠艺术中心项目基地面积比较紧张，按任务书要求的设计规模几乎要把基地占满，但这样并不能满足市民对一个公共建筑的述求，相比公共建筑的内部功能，人们希望有更多的建筑外部公共空间，人们在这相聚，交谈，活动，享受城市能给他们带来的一个舒适空间，由此出发，结合地形的高差因数，建筑把底层架空，还市民一片公共空间，同时疏通由基地东面来的商业街人流以及南面的城市人流，将其引入建筑更延伸至东面的自然景观。同时也充分利用屋顶空间，试图营造一片低矮松散的街巷空间，让建筑更充分的服务大众。 河南翡翠艺术中心建筑设计说明+CAD图纸:http://www.youerw.com/gongcheng/lunwen_16693.html
