摘要该设计为南京市某商业银行大厦设计一套中央空调系统。该银行大厦一共二十五层，除地下室做机房不设空调外，其他房间均要设空调。空调系统划分为两个系统：餐厅、大开间办公室等大面积空间设计为全空气系统；办公室等小面积空间设计为风机盘管加新风系统。设计包括该建筑的采暖、通风及空调设计.完成了整栋建筑的采暖、通风、空调的计算，设计了建筑暖通空调的机房，同时，对于整栋建筑，设计完成了暖通空调水系统、新风系统、排风系统的设计，包括负荷计算、系统选择、设备选型、系统整体设计、设计检查及调整、暖通空调设计图纸的绘制等。 最终，该设计得到建筑暖通空调设计图纸14张，设计说明书一份。10270

Title The HVAC design for one Commercial Bank Building in Nanjing
Abstract
The design is adout the HVAC engineering design of The Commercial Bank Building for a total of 25 floorsg in Nanjing. In addition to the ground floor dose the engine room and the garage were not established the air condition, the other room all established the air condition. The HVAC system was classified into two parts: The big area space, such as the restaurant in the forth floor and the office of the large bay in the second floor have been designed as the whole air system; The small area such as the general office has been designed as the FCU along with independent air manner system. The air condition water system design is for pumping to settle the discharge shut type system once, is pided into totally system. This design completes the whole calculation for the heating ,the ventilation and the air conditioning , it completely arrange the equipments and conduits in the machine room.
Besides all the tasks mentioned ,this design gets 14 design charts for HVAC and one graduate design introduction. .
