摘要:上海建工七建集团是国家建设工程施工总承包特级企业，系上海建工集团主要成员。能胜任各类大型工业、公共和民用见组合工程，装饰工程，市政工程，公路工程等总承包施工和专业承包施工。但是由于现阶段企业安全管理工作不到位，安全风险层出不穷，施工现场面临比较严峻的安全形势。因此，结合公司现在的基本情况，利用国际先进的安全管理方法，建立企业施工安全风险评价控制系统，对预防和有效消除安全事故具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。本文主要采用预先危险性分析方法对企业施工过程存在的安全风险进行分析，根据分析的结果构建安全风险指标体系，再运用模糊层次分析法对施工现场进行安全评价，并对评价指标体系中评分低的或者权重大的指标进行重点关注，提出个人的控制对策，使企业安全风险降低，确保施工安全。24006

A construction enterprise security risk analysis and control countermeasures
Abstract:Shanghai No.7 Construction Co.,Ltd. is national special class general construction conpany,which is a main member of Shanghai Construction group.Competent construction and general contracting construction contracting all kinds of large-scale industrial , public and civil See portfolio engineering, decoration engineering, municipal engineering , highway engineering. However, due to stage enterprise security management is not in place , security risks endless construction site security situation facing more severe . Thus , the combined company is now the basic situation , the use of international advanced security management, construction safety risk assessment to establish enterprise control system , effective for the prevention and elimination of security incidents has very important theoretical and practical significance.This paper uses a pre-hazard risk analysis methods for safety during construction companies exist to analyze the security risk index system constructed according to the results of the analysis , and then use fuzzy analytic hierarchy process for construction site safety assessment, and evaluation index system rated low significant indicators or right to focus attention , to give personal control measures, to enable enterprises to reduce security risks and ensure construction safety.
