计总说明本设计是位于上海瑞兴商业广场上层(6~19)办公楼的中央空调系统,瑞兴商业广场上层是第优尔到第十九层的建筑空间,建筑为正方形结构,正中心有优尔部公用电梯和两部货用电梯,两个安全走道,安全走到有消防前室,每层南北朝向分别有两个136㎡的大办公室和一个32㎡的小办公室,东西朝向分别有两个36㎡和一个108㎡的办公室,所有办公室内都设有独立的卫生间。考虑到空间所需的负荷量并不是很大,为了节约空间,经过对比,冷热源部分采用模块化风冷全封闭活塞式冷热水机组,安装在楼顶,风冷式机组具有运行效率高、智能化程度高,占地面积小,无需冷却塔,锅炉等配件以及成本小的优点。为了使办公空间具有较高的舒适度,末端采用风机盘管加新风的空气处理方式,风机盘管承担室内全部负荷,新风系统与风机盘管完全独立,分别独立设立散流器式的出风口,新风机组安装于新风机房内,每一层楼设置一台新风机组负担该层所有空调房间的新风,该新风机组具有加热、冷却、加湿、除湿、过滤等功能,当冷热源出现故障停止工作或到周末不集中供冷供热时,新风机组能够承担室内的一定负荷,满足个别办公室加班等问题。该空调系统的优点是占用建筑面积少,可集中供冷和供热。同时各末端装置有独立的开关和调节功能,各房间的温度可独自调节与控制。27693
水系统部分采用封闭、双管制同程式系统,有利于水压的平衡,使个房间水量保持充足,也有利于水系统循环。
本设计对系统的供回水管的保温、空调机组的减震等方面选择适当的材料和采取了相应的措施。
防排烟部分,本系统对安全走道设计了通风管,由室外风机做工将空气压到安全走道内,保持一定正压,当火灾发生时,人员可以从安全走道疏散。排风设置在卫生间内,由于每个办公房间都有独立的卫生间,所以在每个卫生间设计排风口能够满足排烟及卫生间污染空气排出的目的。
