摘要本工程为上海市某办公楼空调系统设计。该建筑包括地下一层,地上二十二层,其中裙房四层,建筑高度89.6米,建筑总面积为37635平方米,为一类建筑。本设计采用风冷热泵机组作为空调冷热源。高大空间如商业大厅、银行营业大厅、入口大堂等采用全空气系统,办公室、商业用房等采用了风机盘管加独立新风系统。水系统采用闭式异程。卫生间通风统一由排风扇接出,在末端安装止回阀。楼梯间采用正压送风系统;地下一层、地上较长内走廊设置防排烟系统,地下一层选用变速风机,平时排风,发生火灾时排烟。
在设计过程中主要做的工作有:空调系统方案的比较确定、建筑冷热负荷及湿负荷的计算、空调系统布置、空调末端设备及附件选择、空调系统水力计算、通风系统的设计布置、工程图纸的绘制等。30744

Title The HVAC Design of an Office Building in ShangHai
Abstract
This project is the air conditioning system design of an office building in Shanghai. an underground floor of the building, 22 floors above ground, including podium four-storey,the height of 89.6 m in total, with a total floor space of 37635 square meters, is the first class building. The design used air source heat pump as cold and heat sources. Large spaces such as business hall, commercial bank hall, entrance hall, used all-air system. offices and commercial space, primary air fan-coil system is used. Water systems with closed- loop direct return system. Ventilation taken out by the exhaust fan in bathroom, installing check valves at the end. Stairwell use of positive pressure ventilation systems; basement 1 floor, the long corridor of above ground set the smoke control system, variable-speed wind turbine selected by basement 1 floor ,exhaust peacetime, exhaust smoke when the fire.
Main works in the design process include: Comparison and determination of air conditioning system; Calculation of building cooling , heating and wet load .The layout of Air conditioning system. The selection of air conditioning end equipment and accessories. Hydraulic calculation for air conditioning system. Design and layout of ventilation system. engineering drawing.
