摘要：本设计的题目是产品虚拟设计中心建筑与结构设计。本工程位于城市中心地带，总建筑面积约为 5000m² 左右,建筑层数为8 层,结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。本设计包括两个部分：建筑设计和结构设计。建筑设计部分，根据设计任务书的要求，综合考虑场地环境、使用功能、结构造型、施工等问题，对建筑物内部空间的功能和使用空间进行了合理的安排。结构设计部分，通过电算和手算掌握结构选型和结构布置的原则、方法，荷载计算和荷载组合方法，结构在竖向荷载和水平荷载下内力分析方法，上部结构和地基基础的设计方法，以及框架结构的主要构造要求。34728
