摘要：最近这几年，房地产市场的发展速度越来越快，房地产行业在国民经济发展中起着中流砥柱的作用。其中，二线城市和三线城市的发展最为迅速，这也使得国内外大中型房地产开发企业的发展计划从一线城市转向二线城市的三线城市，作为二线城市代表的南京，它的房地产市场这几年迅速的发展，吸引了众多国内外房地产开发企业的投资目光，开发企业之间的竞争也日趋激烈。开发商对项目的前期定位也是越来越重视。一个成功的项目，它的前期定位是很关键的，有了好的开始，项目才能起个好头，所以说前期定位决定了一个项目的成败。如果说策划是一个项目的灵魂的话，前期的定位就是一个项目的关键。我有机会在河西的苏宁滨江壹号实习，通过在这实习的机会，我了解了项目的一些基本情况，我将在了解的基础上对苏宁滨江壹号作出一个较为完善的前期定位报告。52969
本设计在目前南京河西的房地产市场背景下，对项目所在的地理位置，项目投资环境以及周边竞品楼盘的情况进行了深入的分析研究，通过对在市场调查的基础上对政策，市场，项目进行分析，然后作出项目的前期定位报告。使得项目能在以后的销售阶段取得良好的销售业绩。
