摘要本毕业设计为南京某区中心小学 班教学楼建筑及结构设计。建筑设计包括一至四层的平面设计，南、北两个方向的立面设计，两个主要部位的剖面设计，以及教室内部布置的设计，并用 完成了建筑施工图的绘制。31911
结构设计包括标准层楼盖的配筋设计，楼梯甲的结构设计，轴线 处框架的结构设计以及基础的设计。其中楼盖的设计采用弹性理论，框架梁和框架柱严格按照抗震要求设计，最后用 的电算内力结果校核之前的手算内力结果，并进行误差原因的分析。

Title    Architectural and Structural Design of a Eighteen-class  Teaching Building of a Primary School in Nanjing                    
Abstract
The graduation project is architectural and structural design of a eighteen-class teaching building of a primary school in Nanjing.
The architectural design includes the graphic design from first floor to forth floor,the facade design in south and north,the sectional design of two main  positions,and the design of class.And finish the construction drawings with CAD.
The structural design includes the design of standard floor,the design of stairs,the design of a framework and the design of basement.Among structural design,floor designed with elastic method.Frame beam and frame column are designed in requirements of earthquake proofing construction strictly.At last,check the results of hand computation with PKPM.And analyze the reasons of error.
