大厦空调安装工程造价预算与施工组织设计

摘要：本论文主要内容是对上海的天祥大厦的空调安装工程做造价预算，并作造价分析，最后编写施工组织设计。审阅图纸和设计说明，计算出正确的工程量，指出正确简便的工程量统计方法和规则，最后以Excel表格形式展现。统计出的工程量使用《全国统一安装工程预算定额》2000版套定额，最后得出总价并分析。编制施工组织设计的指导思想是以工程的质量、进度和安全为核心，在组织机构、施工措施、安全生产上进行组织落实。并且按照工程所在地区的实际情况采取合理的施工方案和施工技术，确保工程顺利并且保证工程质量，在这基础上编制实施性较强的施工组织设计。5912

Abstract: The present paper primary coverage is carries on to in the Shanghai Tianxiang Building air-conditioning installation makes budgets, and carries on the analysis to the construction cost, and compiles the construction organization plan.Review drawings and designs, calculate the correct amount of engineering and point out the correct and convenient ways of calculating and rules, finally show by Excel form. The engineering quantity statistics use the "installation of a unified national budget quota" of 2000 to make budgets and analysis the price. The establishment construction organization plan guiding ideology is to take the project quality, the progress and safe as a core, in the organizations and agencies, in the construction measure, the safety in production carries on the organization to carry out. And uses the reasonable construction plan and the construction technology according to the project area actual situation, and guarantees the project smoothly the guarantee project quality, establishes the implementation strong construction organization plan in this foundation.
