摘要本设计主要为上海五角场街道社区事务受理中心,为民用建筑,位于上海市杨浦区政通路100弄11号,主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构,其中包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑底层层高4.5m,标准层高为3.600m,共五层,建筑总面积4995.9m2 。建筑功能包括办公大厅、会议室、办公室、多功能厅,适用于各种不同类型的社区综合活动。屋顶塔楼为电梯机房和楼梯房。在立面设计中,主要强调建筑的简洁、朴实和现代的特点,建筑形体采用四加五的两块矩形错层造型,不追求复杂的装饰。楼板选用井式楼盖,具有传力均衡,减小板厚,节约材料和布置灵活等优点。本工程采用现浇钢筋混凝土板式楼梯,具有下表面平整,施工支模方便,外观比较轻巧等优点。本工程采用桩承台基础,有二桩承台、三桩承台、四桩承台四种形式。5995
