摘要：在建筑工程投标时通过revit2014建模软件建立工程三文土建模型，再利用鲁班系列软件建立土建钢筋三文模型，再制作工程内外部虚拟漫游视频，并且制定工程进度计划，在软件中把工程造价预算结果计算出来，并将三文模型与进度计划还有成本造价信息关联在一起形成5D虚拟建造动画，并在技术标书中充分利用应用BIM技术后的表现效果，来提高标书的表现形式。41674
