摘要：BIM是一种新兴的建筑信息技术，在欧美发达国家建筑业的应用已经比较普及，但在我国建筑行业仅限于一些大型设计院在开展应用，大多数项目管理人员对其并没有明确的认识。通过设计，期望能引起更多的人关注BIM技术，并为BIM技术在我国的研究和实践提供参考。50258

本次毕设主要内容：以Revit3D模型为基础，使用广联达土建算量软件（GCL）、广联达计价软件（GBQ）、广联达施工现场平面布置软件以及Project进度编制软件进行成本控制和进度控制，最后在广联达BIM5D软件中实现所建工程的5D效果。

本课题以施工组织及进度控制为主。

Abstract: BIM is a kind of newly building information technology, in the application of the developed countries in Europe and America, the construction industry has been more popular, but in the construction industry in our country only some large Design Institute in application development, most project managers on the and no clear understanding. Through the design, the expectation can cause more people to pay attention to the BIM technology, and provide reference for the research and practice of BIM technology in our country.

The graduation design main content: on the model of Revit3D based, using civil glodon calculate amount of software (GCL), glodon valuation software (GBQ), glodon construction site layout software and project scheduling software for the control of cost and schedule, and finally in glodon of bim5d software achieve 5D effects of a construction project.
