摘要随着建筑业的快速平稳发展，建筑企业之间的竞争也日益加剧。若要在建筑行业中站稳脚步，就必须重视施工组织设计的编制。施工组织设计是指导施工的技术经济文件，一个科学合理的施工组织设计，能够保证施工活动协调有序的进行，提高施工效率、降低成本、缩短工期。50133

本工程施工组织设计分成15章,主要内容包括：编制依据及说明、工程概况及目标、施工部署、施工准备、施工进度计划安排、施工方案、工程质量目标保证及质量通病防范措施、建筑节能目标保证措施、工期目标保证措施、季节性施工措施、施工现场管理、新技术运用方法及降低成本措施、安全施工措施和文明施工措施。

在编制施工组织设计的过程中，针对工程特点和实际情况，确定了适用于本工程的施工方案、施工进度计划和施工平面布置图等内容，并积极应用先进技术和材料，采取有效的管理和技术措施，保证本工程各项目标的实现。

Abstract With the rapid and steady development of the construction industry ,the competition  between construction enterprises is also growing . If construction enterprises want to exist in the construction industry, paying attention to the preparation of the Construction organization design is necessary. The Construction organization design is the technical and economic documents used to guide the construction project, and a scientific and reasonable Construction organization design is able to assure construction activities orderly ,improve construction efficiency ,reduce cost ,and shorten the time limit for construction .

The construction organization design for the project is mainly pided into 15 chapters, including:the establishment basis and description, project overview and objectives,construction deployment,construction preparation,construction progress schedule,construction scheme,engineering quality safeguard measures and measures to prevent the quality common fault,building energy conservation measures,construction guarantee measures,seasonal construction measures,construction site management, application of new technology and measures to reduce costs , safe construction measures and civilized  construction  measures .

In the process of preparation of the Construction organization design,according to the engineering characteristics and the actual situation, have determined the construction scheme ,construction progress schedule and construction plan suitable for this project,and used advanced technology and materials, taken effective management and technology measures, to ensure the realization of the project goals.
