摘 要：本设计主要对西山南苑居住区15栋做一份预算编制，本设计是依据一套六层的砖混结构的施工图纸，按照施工图预算编制的程序，遵循工程量计算规则，以江苏2014定额说明为编制依据，而编制出来的一套工程预算书。我详尽各分部分项工程都严格遵循定额中工程量计算规则，并查阅了大量相关书籍。最后对设计结果进行了汇总和分析，根据整个设计过程中的心得，形成了设计说明书。工程预算书的编制是这次设计的重点，由于经验的不足，在工程量细节处理上，还存在着很多缺陷。79651

Abstract：The design of Xishan Nanyuan residential area 15 to make a budget, the design is based on the construction drawings of brick concrete structure of six layer masonry structure, according to the construction drawing budget preparation process,the Jiangsu 2014 quota for basis, out of a prepared set of project budget book, in the preparation process, the project quantity a detailed calculation of the each part, strictly follow the fixed quantities calculation rules, and access to a large number of related books, the formation of the design。
I detailedly calculated the quantity of the reinforcing steel bar project, moreover author referenced many books。 At last I collected and analyzed the design results, and then accomplished the design interpret paper according to the experiences of the design procession。
The key to the design is how to make out project budget book。 Because of my lacking more experiences,there was many limitations in the project particulars handle。

1 前言
在大学的最后一个学期里我们经历了辛苦而又繁忙的毕业设计阶段，毕业设计是大学四年间最重要阶段，是毕业前的综合学习阶段,是深化、拓宽、综合教学的重要过程,是对大学期间所学专业知识的全面总结。
